Question

I have a question.

For me and for you to check how do we perceive our deen, that is Islam. The deen that we professed to be in.

How do we perceive the verses that Allah has stated in the Qur'an? Regarding rules such as the need to cover up oneself and the ways to do it. Do we take it as a burden or as a guidance to protect us?

Regarding interactions that we make with the people around us, especially with the opposite sex. The verse where Allah orders us to lower our gaze? Do we take it as a primitive set of rules no longer relevant in this so-called advanced society?

[There are times when we need to have a break from thinking about complex issues and start pondering on the littlest things that we took granted for. Who knows, the major and complex problems we faced now is due to the simple things that we often ignore.]
